3. Cancellation by Customer
Customers may request cancellation of a course purchase within 14 calendar days from the purchase date provided they have not accessed more than 20% of the course content or attended more than one live session. To request cancellation, email support@alanda-steel-tooling.local
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be considered under the following conditions:
- The request is received within the 14-day cancellation window.
- The customer has not accessed more than 20% of the course content or attended more than one live class.
- The course is not marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase (e.g., discounted or promotional products).
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Courses where more than 20% of content has been accessed.
- Digital goods delivered immediately after purchase (if stated as non-refundable).
- Administrative or processing fees.
6. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Bank or card providers may take additional time to credit the refunded amount to the customer’s account.
7. Course Cancellation by unicasuk.com
If we cancel a course for any reason (e.g., insufficient enrolment or technical issues), customers will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer to another course of equivalent value. We will notify customers by email within 7 business days.
8. Partial Refunds and Credit Notes
In special cases, we may offer a partial refund or credit note at our discretion, for example, if the course experience was unsatisfactory but only partially completed. Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
9. How to Request a Refund

- We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and may ask for additional information.
- Once approved, the refund will be processed and confirmed via email.
