fees data so that we can invoice students correctly and record payments; health
and disability information so we can properly support students; academic
information to track progress and provide appropriate learning and teaching
support; and other categories of information in order to run the operations of
UNICAS UK Academy Limited, support students, and fulfil our legal obligations.UNICAS UK Academy Limited is contractually obliged to share
your information with the Awarding Institution for the programme you are
studying.You are entitled to a copy of all information UNICAS UK
Academy Limited holds about you, although you may not receive information which
identifies or relates to any other individual. If you would like a copy of your
records, please contact info@unicasuk.com. We do not release
information about students to any third parties unless required by law.The right of erasure (“the right to be forgotten”) does not
apply to most student data held by UNICAS UK Academy Limited. However, any
personal data held solely for marketing purposes can be erased upon request
to info@unicasuk.com. UNICAS UK Academy Limited must retain certain
information permanently to confirm whether an individual has been a student,
and whether they have completed their studies or not. Such information may also

Relevant criminal convictions include only offences against
the person (violent or sexual in nature) and offences involving the unlawful
supply of controlled drugs or substances where the conviction concerns
commercial drug dealing or trafficking.Convictions that are spent (as defined by
the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974) are not considered relevant and

All students, as a condition of enrolment, are required to
abide by and submit to the regulations of UNICAS UK Academy Limited and the
Awarding Institution, as amended from time to time. A copy of the current
regulations is available on request from the Academy.UNICAS UK Academy Limited will use all reasonable endeavours
to deliver courses in accordance with the descriptions set out in its
prospectus or other course documents. However, the Academy:- reserves
the right to make variations to course content or delivery methods,
discontinue courses, merge courses, or combine courses, if such action is
reasonably considered necessary. Where a course is discontinued,
reasonable efforts will be made to offer a suitable alternative. - undertakes
to take reasonable steps to provide educational services as described. In
the event that industrial action or circumstances beyond the control of
the Academy interfere with its ability to provide such services, the
Academy will seek to minimise any resulting disruption.
Degrees are awarded by an accredited UK University. Students
should verify the recognition of these awards in their home countries. UNICAS
UK Academy Limited does not accept responsibility and expressly excludes
liability for damage to students’ property, transfer of computer viruses to
students’ equipment, or liability for breach of contract arising from such

The referee’s report is an integral part of the selection
process. The information provided helps admissions tutors make informed
